Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Veyfira to browse and buy event tickets. By creating an account or buying a ticket, you agree to them.

You must provide accurate information when you register, and you're responsible for anything that happens under your account.

Each event is listed and run by its own organizer. Veyfira processes the payment and delivers your ticket, but the organizer sets the event details, pricing and refund policy shown on the event page.

Your ticket is personal to the name on the order. Some events require ID matching that name at the door.

Tickets can be transferred to another buyer from My Tickets, where that feature is enabled by the organizer.

Refund terms are set per event and shown on the event page before you pay. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, you'll be offered a refund or the option to keep your ticket for the new date.

Payments are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider. A service fee is added at checkout and shown before you confirm payment.

We may suspend or close an account that we believe is being used fraudulently or in a way that breaches these Terms.

Veyfira is not responsible for the conduct of organizers, venues or other attendees at an event. Our liability for any issue is limited to the amount you paid for the ticket in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
