When you buy a ticket, we collect the order details and pass them to our payment processor to complete the charge — we never store your full card number.

We collect basic device and usage data (device type, browser, pages viewed) to keep the site working and secure.

If you allow it, we use your device's location to show local weather for the night out you're planning. We only ever use this in the moment to fetch a forecast — it's never stored, and you can decline the browser's location prompt at any time.

To create and secure your account, process ticket purchases and deliver your passes by email.

To send order confirmations, event reminders and — if you opt in — presale alerts and offers.

To detect fraud, prevent ticket duplication and keep the platform safe for buyers and organizers.

We share the minimum information needed with the event's organizer (your name and ticket tier) so they can check you in at the gate.

We share payment details with our licensed payment processor to complete your transaction. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

You can review and update your details at any time from My Account.

You can unsubscribe from marketing messages from the link in any email, or by turning it off in your notification settings.

You can request that we delete your account by contacting support@veyfira.live.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, and order records as required for accounting and dispute resolution.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure.
